PRINTER CARTRIDGE RETAILERS AND DEALERS

Helping you Fulfil your obligations under the WEEE Directive
From 2021 there have been significant changes to EEE (Electric and Electronic Equipment) retailer responsibilities. As of 1st January 2021, retailers and distributors of Electrical and Electronic Equipment, are legally required to provide all of their customers with a like for like take-back programme which allows the return of items equivalent to those purchased from that retailer or distributor.
All Printer Cartridges with electrical parts fall within the scope of the Waste Electrical and Electrical Equipment Regulations 2013 which came into enforcement in the UK from 1st January 2016
UK retailers must provide a process which allows all customers the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge, on a like-for-like basis. For further information please see https://www.gov.uk/electricalwaste-producer-supplier-responsibilities
No matter what size of organization, we can tailor a solution specific to your needs and deliver a fully printer cartridge take-back programme.
Brand and cost are not considered relevant factors here, but function and usage are; for example, if a customer purchases a new printer cartridge, the retailer must still accept the used printer cartridge regardless of model or brand.
